HyLo Suite provides a platform for managing Google My Business locations, including but not limited to:

• Multi-location management dashboard
• Review management and AI-powered response generation
• Performance analytics and insights
• Post scheduling and management
• GMB score tracking and optimization

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

HyLo Suite operates on a per-store subscription model:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly per active store
• Payment is required to maintain active store status
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any fraudulent purposes
• Abuse or harass other users or our staff

6. Google My Business Integration

The Service integrates with Google My Business. You acknowledge that your use of GMB data is subject to Google's Terms of Service and API usage policies. We are not responsible for changes to Google's services or APIs that may affect the functionality of HyLo Suite.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by HyLo Suite and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyLo Suite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms
